Terms for using the giid.io beta

These terms set expectations for using giid.io while the product is still in active MVP development and being improved from user feedback.

Last updated: March 9, 2026

Scope of this version

These terms cover beta access and current product behavior. Any future billing terms, enterprise terms, or product-specific data-processing terms would be added separately rather than implied here.

Using the beta

These terms apply when you access or use giid.io during the beta period. By using the service, you agree to use it responsibly, comply with applicable law, and follow any usage limits or account restrictions we communicate.

giid.io is a beta product. Features, workflows, and availability may change quickly as we improve the product in response to feedback and operational learning.

Accounts and access

  • You are responsible for the accuracy of the account information you provide and for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
  • You must not share access in a way that bypasses intended user limits or security controls.
  • If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify us promptly.

Acceptable use

  • Do not use giid.io to break the law, infringe intellectual-property rights, harass others, or submit unlawful, deceptive, or abusive material.
  • Do not try to reverse engineer, interfere with, probe, overload, or disrupt the service, its providers, or other users' access.
  • Do not upload or submit highly sensitive regulated data unless we have expressly agreed in writing that the beta is suitable for that use.
  • Do not represent beta outputs as guaranteed factual, legal, financial, medical, or professional advice.

Your content and instructions

You retain ownership of the information and materials you submit to giid.io. You give us the rights reasonably required to host, process, transmit, and transform that material so the product can operate.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to provide any content, prompts, links, or data you submit through the service.

Research outputs and no professional advice

giid.io is a decision-support tool. Research outputs are intended to help users reason faster and more clearly, but they are still generated from probabilistic systems and third-party sources.

You must review outputs critically before relying on them for business, legal, investment, compliance, employment, or other high-stakes decisions. The service does not provide professional advice or guaranteed accuracy.

Feedback

If you give us feedback, suggestions, or product ideas about giid.io, you allow us to use that feedback to improve the service without owing you compensation. This does not reduce any rights you otherwise retain in your own business materials or workspace content.

Availability and changes

We may modify, suspend, or withdraw parts of the beta at any time. We may also add or remove features, change model providers, revise workflow behavior, or adjust access limits as the product evolves.

We will try to act reasonably, but the beta may experience downtime, model failures, incomplete outputs, or breaking changes while we continue to improve it.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access if we believe an account creates security risk, violates these terms, abuses the service, or exposes us, our providers, or other users to unacceptable operational or legal risk.

You may stop using the service at any time. If you want your account or workspace data removed during the beta, contact us and we will handle the request manually where feasible.

Disclaimers and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the beta service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, or output accuracy.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, giid.io and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, lost business opportunity, or reliance on beta outputs.
