1. Use of the App

By signing up to giid.io, you acknowledge and agree that:

• giid.io may include features that are still under development
• The App may contain bugs, errors, or interruptions
• Features may be modified, added, or removed at any time without notice
• The App may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance or updates
• The App is provided "as is" and without warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law

2. Nature of the Service

You understand that:

• This is a product in its early stages and may contain incomplete functionality
• Features may change, be removed, or added without notice
• The App may be suspended or discontinued at any time
• Participation is voluntary

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent activity
• Interfere with or disrupt the App or its infrastructure
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems or data
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code

4. Feedback

If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas relating to giid.io, you agree that:

• We may use such feedback without restriction
• You will not be entitled to compensation for feedback provided

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of giid.io, including but not limited to design, software, branding, and materials, are owned by Aegenic Ltd or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the App for its intended purpose.

Aegenic Ltd reserves the right to introduce fees or place some or all of the App behind a paywall in the future. Access to certain features or the App as a whole may require payment, subject to applicable law and reasonable notice where required.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aegenic Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from:

• Participation in using giid.io
• Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
• Service interruptions or technical issues

7. Data Use

We handle personal data in accordance with our Privacy Notice. We do not sell or trade your personal data and only share it with trusted service providers where necessary to operate, improve, and secure the App.

8. Fees and Future Paid Features

You acknowledge and agree that:

• giid.io is currently provided free of charge
• Aegenic Ltd reserves the right to introduce fees, subscriptions, or paid features at any time
• Some or all parts of the App may be placed behind a paywall in the future
• Continued use of the App after such changes may require payment

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
